Pulsarians Unite In Las Vegas

Post by dawman »

I always cherish my learning experiences here that started 3 years ago.

So much help, so many choices. I was led by total strangers into a new world of virtual synthesizers, that have replaced so much hardware and given me the best sounding rig I ever had. I have played live since I was 13 years old at local dances, and still perform. But this rig is the ultimate hybrid rig for recording and live work.

But even more memorable are the friends I have made, which are not virtual but real.

GaryB has been flying here for years now to build more boxes and do upgrades. And recently Kensuguro came from NYC for a bi-coastal Scope build. I have had a blast !!

This is the first time I have ever met with virtual friends and I think it's great when people get together with the same passions to discuss their rigs.

Hopefully I can do this when I go to Europe and hang out.

This forum has made many people happy, and grateful. I am one of many. Watching and learning from these 2 guys was great. And just to be able to meet people you have talked with online in person is really great.

I had GaryB's wife take a low angle shot of us ( the Founding Fathers pose ) as I can re paste our faces over the Mount Rushmore statues more effectively. I await their permission to post it.

Thank you John Cooper for PlanetZ, which has made all of this possible.

What a beautiful post man! Thank you to make it public. I would love to see this picture man. I wish we could meet too, but flying from here to USA is so expensive, but who knows… may be one day.

Just like in your case, Alfonso has also build a small group of remarkable friendship for good, all from Planet Z!

Latecomer's added from Tahoe and France.

The top pic at first glance,...one would think Mickey Dolenz from the Monkees.

I just love those low angle shots.
