Elektra / Luna1 on W2K / XP

I just moved my Pulsar to my other computer and started installing Elektra to the first one. The 2.5 installer says that it cannot install on WinNT and that I should use W98!?! Is the 98 Euros for the V3 software the only way to get the card installed on W2K or XP? This can't be right, can it? Having to pay for new features is OK but a simple OS support has to be free.

Thanks to Zlatko Subasic I found the update for my Elektra (located under Luna but not under Elektra..) so this was somewhat a false alarm.

could someone tell me is there any significant stability or performance improvements in the V3 Luna software compared to the 2.5 for W2K/XP? I use the card as an I/O with the box and routing so I'm not so interested about the effects.
