Would like to see a morph compare function and a reset all morph parameters function button added.
The selection buttons are not all functioning the same at present. For instance in can cycle through lfo waveforms by clicking the selector button but have to rely on the data wheel to cycle through oscillator waveforms, osc modes, filter modes and destinations.

TO irrelevance:

sorry it's not possible to create a reset morph function cause it's difficult to be implied now. I know that a recall of a init preset isn't the same cause someone would like to check several combinations of morph on the same sound. Can't thing something right now other than create a init preset for that sound and use it as morph reset.

By the way have you checked the aftertouch presets? with the dezip pot in the aftertouch you can smooth the aftertouch responce and it gets really lively and controllable.

I also have to inform that in about 10 days their will be an updated oxe with some fine-tunings applied. (get the demo).

Brotha' Man Fra77x,
Thanks for your developements on the 2 synths. I know that the sound quality is there, but I am interested in the COS for it's morphing abilities.

I am also interested in using a controller w/ polyphonic aftertouch, but need to know how or if your devices respond to it, or just channel aftertouch. I believe this synth could be a great performer if this was implemented.

Thanks In Advance,

I have checked out some of the presets thanks. Moving beyond the presets is very easy with COS as the morph programming method is so intuitive it's idiot proof! In fact it's a testament to your design abilities to create a quick and easy method for synth sound design. There is the traditional linear programming method and then with morph there is what I would consider an almost semi random approach. I like the feeling of not knowing what sound might be produced with each morph assignment. Yes the sound is there. 8)

sorry scope4live, only channel aftertouch... i 've never found a poly afterouch controller and i always thought it should be great. What are you using for controller?

I know that our beloved modular supports poly aftertouch but that doesn;t implies to all scope synths. Sadly COS is one of them. (i have checked it through cubase)

irrelevance: Also check to play with the controller modifiers. for example assign several velocity morph ranges and then use offset or intensity to chech different amounts of modulation. It's easy to program sounds that way.

cheers

i agree ... it is very easy ! I am part of the lazy guys who appreciate this vision of synth

And ... what do you mean by new "fine tunings" ? ....

thanks !

So are these any good? They're on sale at the moment but I'd like to know if they're worth it.

I'm going to get Cos. I have never heard anything that wasn't good from Creamware / Soniccore, and Cos is really a performance orientated synth.

I wanted this when it came out, but I kept finding other things to do.

I shall treat myself for Christmas, and maybe Santa / Holger will pick my name.

Then I will trade the white A16 for B4000 ASB !

Email Ralf and ask for the demos. That way you can check them out yourself.

Do you know what thedemo restrictions are? If it beeps at me or only has limited presets I'm not sure I'd try it.

I'm more interested in Void than Cos cos I already have a Nord :)

24h full test time period.

no lkimitations.

And the good thing is, if you don``t load it the test time doesn`t fall down.
So if you test it half an hour and leave it untouched for a week, you still have 2h 0min remaining.

the bad thin, it seems you can only demo one device at time. So you cannot try both, but have to load a demo device for at least 24h till you can test the next one...

maybe I am wrong .....
at least thats how it is on my system.... :)
