Luna II Problem...PLEASE HELP!!!

I am new to all of these fancy sound cards so please bear with my lack of knowledge :(

I have just got the Luna II and installed it on my MusicXPC comp. The output on my card is perfect. It goes from the card to my Mackie 1202 mixer and then obviously out to my speakers.

Now my 2 DJ turntables (and my Serato Scratch Live) is hooked up to my DJ mixer and the output of my DJ mixer is going to the analog (1/4") input on the back of my Luna card, but for some reason it will not play any sound off of my turntables.

I was told to hook it up this way by a professional but it does not seem to work. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am not sure if I have to change a setting (ie. Wave EZ Playback to Wave EZ Recoring, etc etc) or what?

Please help, as I am about to rip out my hair with frustration!!!

turntables need a preamp. do you have a dj mixer?

did you route your thing correctly in scope??

starting with the obvious, is the master out of your dj mixer showing activity?

Routing in scope:

LUNA analog Source -> some Scope mixer ->luna analog dest.

send in a screenshot of your routing window in the scope platform

hit printscreen/open paint / paste/ save as jpeg and post as attachment
