Hello
I have bought a card Pulsar II Classic from a guy on a swiss auction-site.
I installed the driver (aspi and card-drivers).
After the installation scope 4 was finished, i can't start the programm. Because it didn't install the .exe files but just some folders and some other files.
i typed in only scope 4.software and main studiotools licence key.
On a paper i got also a "hardware licence key" but dont know where to type this in?
in the manual i got alos a licency key of te scope version 3.1.
my machine:
intel pentium dual 2.4
2gb ram
onboard music card (which i deinstalled in hardware manager)
please help me, i was so happy buying this card and now theres no way to work with it. many thanks in advance.
cant install scope software

Normally i would say first off email Ralf at rb(at)soniccore.com (use an @ obviously) to get the card registered in your name and then he can send you an allkeys file which will have all the latest keys for 4.0 software. Then reinstall 4.0 software and import the keys.
Ralf is out of the office until the 22nd though, so use info@soniccore.de and hopefully they'll be able to sort you out. You may need some details from the seller to prove you own it.

actually there is no need to reinstall the software.
when you receive that file, make a copy, rename it to scope.rgy and replace the existing file of the same name by the copy you just made.
It's located in Drive:\Scope folder\App\Bin if I remember correctly... then restart Scope and the keys will be read
cheers, Tom

The scope.rgy files contains all the cards which are on the computer and not ones which aren't.The allkeys.skf file contains the information for all cards.so I don't know if renaming the allkeys skf file is a good idea ?
