My scope poyect dosen't work the sound

I have this system 2 years ago and it works good all he time. I have to reset the computer and from this time it dosen't works good. It just to get hear the synth from Scope. The drivers I think are right and it is easy connect the devce to hear windows and vts from cubase and all of them but it continue whithout hear. I NEED HELP.
