Hi all,

I just applied the 3.01 Pulsar update on a Win2k system with one Pulsar II card.

Portamento is acting very strangely on all of the Creamware synths --

Play two notes legato, and the first pitch keeps sounding until the second key is released.

Play two notes normally and I'm always a note behind... i.e., the second key press triggers the first note, the third key press triggers the second and so on...

Searches of the forum, the pulsar-scope mailing list at Yahoo Groups and the updated manual have not borne fruit.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Art

Try to make your synth polyphonical.
lol! I had the same with Neutron7 synths. Then DeFex told me his synths were monophonic, standard. I pressed one key, next note didn't sound until first was released etc.

Seemed to be a Voices problem.

Sorry, I'm too drunk to fu(k right now. I hope the txt makes sense.

I had the exact same problem. And I still do get it occasionally. Try quiting Pulsar app, or if that doesn't work, do a reboot. That usually works for me.
