How to connect external effect in Cubase?

Post by rib »

Hi.

How to connect external effect (TC ONE) digitally to Cubase?
I can get digital signal to TC ONE, but not back to Cubase.

In Scope I have ASIO2Dest and ASIO2 fit Source. Analogs connected to 1/2 and SP-DIF to 3/4 (4 channels).

In Cubase SX3 "Devise setup" I see 4 inputs and outputs (everything ok still).
However in mixer there's only two first channels visible. Same goes with the "VST connection" where external effects are connected to busses.

TC-ONE is as an insert effect in audio track.

What am I missing here? How to get the digital signal back to Cubase.

Please.

Reason why I'm asking here is that the problem might be with the scope drivers. Choosing right ones is a bit mystery to me. I follow Cubase manual, but it doesn't help. How does Cubase react to different combination of drivers in Scope...I don't know.

Stardust: You claim that you can do it. Could you please explain your Scope setup.
