have you tried to change the asio setup (run the asio buffer test) and change the playback buffer. It can help sometimes.

"run audio buffer test" wouldn't help much as in XTC mode, the sequencer uses ASIO2 kind of link. Asio Scope chooses completely which is your buffer. It correponds with your ULLI settings and driver latency.

-Tried higher ULLI settings? Try 25ms for most stability (but slow reaction)
-You could try deactivating 'partial' drivers like Pulsar's midi part, S-Mux, ADAT...
-Make sure Pulsar is set to 'Master' in the Samplerate View, turn external digital I/O machines off. This excludes clock sync problems.
-Try excluding sources of sound. Wav's played from HD, VSTi, XTC VSTi or inserts,... Do XTC synths crackle in Direct Mode?
-...

Thanks for responding ,but I think I tried all theese possibilities except from direct mode .I´ll try that.On the other hand non XTC mode gives me more routing freedom + other advantages ,so I might prefer to work with that, and that is workin very well.
