That's good. I sometimes try to listen to the rips of uk radio sets (was quite into the Virus sessions 8 yrs ago for instance) since they're far more listenable than the real audio streams. I stopped listening to rider/fabio because they get really chatty and it makes it harder for me to focus on work (which is typically what I'm doing when playing music to listen to). I was into Dj Flight's 1xtra sets for a while but she's started getting more dillinja style dubs these days and it's not as pure 'liquid funk' as it once was.

I listened to 'Rider radio last week for the first time in ages & ages. You're right, both he & fabio like to talk a fair bit. Rider is quite funny actually. He talks over every track. He mainly talks (over every track) about the fact that only 3 or 4 people have the tune he's currently talking over. He'll also mention regarding almost every tune, that he doesn't know who made it or what it's called. Moving swiftly on.. 
Another odd thing is that 'Rider is currently running a competition every other week whereby the winner gets his mailbox full of CDs, dubs etc. He guess he can't find space to keep the stuff people send him.

Is Grooverider out of prison yet? Was it Thailand or something where he got locked up? There was a big campaign a few months ago... all for a bit of pot! About 10 to 15 quid's worth, IIRC.
Also, I've got Grooverider's Deep Into The Jungle mix, which was the 2nd CD on Jungle Mania 3 (1994). That mix is the fucking dope! Even the bits where he fucks up a bit! Really nice, long, slow mixes, none of that Andy C-style quick-fire, bam/bam/bam, tune-after-tune shit... plus, he plays Dass 2 Dark, which is an absolute beast.
