Do you mean a Chopper, I know that Orbitone has one for free, or you could use the none pulsar one from steinberg (vst)

It's not widely known but check out the "Juicer" from wavelength, a small acid synth, man I love the size of that thing
I'm still using the 3-0-3 from orbitone if I need that "digital creamware 303" sound, since it's free hehe.
