Curiosity and instability with Pulsar2

Hi,

Sorry for my english!

I am a new Creamware user and I have a problem with my Pulsar2. The installation was done without problem but with the opening of the software the pointer of mouse is agitated. It passes without stopping of the arrow to the sand glass at strange intervals really regular step: approximately 2 seconds of arrow for 1 second of sand glass!!!! And when I open Samplerate, the display of the féquence of sampling also dances, displays, does not display, displays, does not display, and some is the selected frequency.

My config : Win98SE, Asus P4B266, P4 2Ghz, Matrox G550

Is pulsar master? It should!

I had something similar to that it could be the breakout cable of the pulsar is playing up. Sometimes i have to touch/move/wiggle the cable after the pulsar fires up for it to WORK!
Give it a shot.
