I have always liked filters for tailoring presets on Synthesizers. I had a vision that a mixer was made 4 that sole purpose. It also has seperate stereo, and mono valve drive circuits on all inputs, which could be stored as templates, so each synth pre., will be tweaked and stored, 4 later recall.
When it comes to delays or Saturation mixers, I called upon Mehdi Touzani to see if he was in the mood. The pre-production picture below has answered that.
It only lacks the faders, as I have tested the Valve drive in both mono, and stereo. It is perfect for synthesizers. That's w/o even adding additional filters and gadgets 4 later recall. The fluorescent faders were probably the hard part, as they are not popular when one tries to re-create a vintage emu, unless one sought the original Odyssey's mini faders bright colors. But it is a full size ( screen real estate ) mixer, and DAS built the girls FOH mixer w/ similar fluorescent faders, which is nescessary under 1000 watt lamps to see. I believe Shroomz / SHARC worked w/ DAS on that item, surely a Kodak moment there. There will be yellow, white, and pink ( 4 the mono, and master outs) faders.
I had this made in preparation 4 Flexor II. Modular w/ this should be awesome, especially the 8 x 8 modules. Each output could have it's own valve / filter settings, and effects. No enemies will be left standing.
