Hi,
I use sometimes the old modular1 patches with sfp4.0 software. But there are some bugs with midi. For example: I can´t use midi channel1 or the modular very often does not take the "note off" event and a midi feedback occures.
Maybe somebody knows how to fix.
does anyone use modular1 ?

hifiboom, i remember when i looked into my mod1 folder, was surprised how well the patches passed the test of time. redoing them would be a total PITA esp given such nuances like linear mod knobs on fm osc in mod1 and log knobs in mod2/3
i have no idea tho' where the OP's problems come from, last time i tried mod1 patches, they worked fine...

just because you cannot imagine something that doesn't exclude it from reality.

I am wanting to use modular live also, but find that too chancy. It's a shame, as Modular is so signature sounding, and so..................Modular. CW & JB should now have the oppurtunity to look into this. As I believe that Brotha' Man John invented Modular 4 SFP I think?
A hardware form of modular would be so incredible. It should look like the Open Labs NEKO keyboard w/ LCD, QWERTY, etc.
Time Will Tell,

You'll find some mod 1patches here: http://members.lycos.co.uk/electronicadub/
I use Mod 1 in the studio, not live. It's still a great tool and sounds different to the other modulars.
