posting this kind of I-want-it-now messages won't help you any further, at least not here...
You got two adequat tips in your other post (problem forum) which you didn't reply to.
Creamware is in the middle of a transition in company structure, yet Ralf-at-Creamware is available.
You seem to undervalue what you got, to compare a (great) RME card with a Scope system is absolutely nonsense.
But you could always change to say Reason in combination with a RME card if you wanne keep it simple...

OK, in the other forum i told you Ralf's address - you said you'd emailed creamare (which i knew meant info@creamware, not Ralf ), so you completely ignored my advice. Do these five things:
1. Email Ralf stating your hardware serial number and that you would like an allkeys file, the address is rb(at)creamware.de - remove the (at) for an @
2. Reinstall your software then import these keys.
3. Setup a project with the same ASIO2 modules - at the moment your project has mixed ASIO1 and ASIO2 modules.
4. Do the ASPI Layer update - there is a read me about this.
5. In the words of Michael Winner: "Calm down dear, it's only a commercial" - the more stressed you make yourself the less likely you will achieve anything correctly.

That goes for life too. i love it when people come on boards and spout: "I need this working for a big session tomorrow!"petal wrote:if you have a deadline - go back to the box you used before the dual-core, and do your work and wait with the system upgrade untill you have time to iron out any problems that you might have. This goes for Creamware cards and any other types of hardware upgrades.

I once thought there was a learning curve to Pulsar/Scope. Maybe, the reason why I do not see that anymore is, because I do 95% of the work in Scope. Burning in Samplitude - and sometimes sending a few Midi-controller data.
I wanted to help you, but actually I feel stupid trying to help you and awarding your hateful attitude. Seeing, that you don't even follow peoples advices would make me feel even more stupid trying to help you. Sorry, others (who are maybe more advanced people than I) are capable of awarding disrespect with respect. I can do that in a professional setting, but I do not want to spend my off-time with that kind of shit you come up with here.
There is a Scope purchasing section, where you can put your cards for sale. I mean, either you walk your talk and get rid of the crap (in your opinion) - or you realise, that your are wrong in being so short at throwing hate at others and that the problem is just as much in your own lack of patience as it is in the hardware.
And by the way, in Germany, it is 3:41am Monday morning. Your first post was written yesterday (Sunday) 8:16 pm German time. This was only 7½ hours ago in a weekend. If you expect 24/7 support from a company the size of Creamware, then you have one more reason to sell your cards, because that is just not going to happen. Also be aware, that a supporter can not simultaneously open and answer all the mail send to him during a weekend. So don't expect an answer at the exact time he enters the office.
Bye - I will not miss you spitting out hate here at PlanetZ, where people are actually spend time trying to help you ... a waste of time, it appears.

u know what, more down than that won't be.hubird wrote:who's switching his studio system with a deadline at his ass??
(if I was CW support and did read the subject of your post I would like to let you down even...)
i still got my lap top and another studio. however,i bought the new pc because i don't like limits! i never thought there should be problem between creamware sound card to the new box...it doesnt make any sense.
im not gonna argue with anyone here. im disappointed as well as im perfectionist, i believe sound card aim is to fit perfect and easily for the artist's creativity. im writing a mail to Ralf at the moment, i hope to get better impression. and finally get it work again.?! -.-

It takes patience to be a true perfectionist. A perfectionist without patience only thinks he is a perfectionist. You'll very rarely (sometimes it happens through luck) get anywhere near perfection with anything without the patience to work hard and to climb some obstacles. This does not only count for sound cards and making music.HF wrote:im disappointed as well as im perfectionist

but when i spend days for seeking help for a mystery issue with my sound card, instead having quality time in sound research... this makes me....nuts!
i don't have patience for things that replace my studio time. well...we are different ppl.
i understand ur reply..
You mention RME in your first post here. You should be aware that even with an RME if you're in too much of a hurry you're likely to cause yourself some headaches. I can't tell you how many frantic posts I've seen on their newsgroup from someone who tried to do a flash update to the card without slowing down & reading directions fully. If you're not paying attention you'll fry the internal flash eeprom and wind up having to mail the entire RME unit back to the factory to be fixed, there is no other way.
In addition to that, it would take you a lot longer than a single day to get your head around RME's Totalmix.
So even with RME you must pay attention and understand what you are doing.
Scope is far more complex than RME, so you really ought to give yourself a few weeks to get your head around the routing environment & working out the 'kinks'. You can like that or not, but keeping that fact in mind might help you in the long run...

i believe some of u guys spent more time than me with the sound card itself...therefor i thought u may point whats the problem in my situation.
i tried everything i know and was told...still didnt solve it.

You should find ALL the informations you need on this forum...
Of course,(and this happens with pro tools, uad, RME too !) it is very important to get the right gear when it comes to comptibility.. I have been a creamware fan for years with a very stable system (this is my seconf PC, now a 100% intel based computer). But of course before each purchase i am used to ask creamware what are the official recomandations and i have ben using this forum to be sure... I have never been desapointed !
