pulsar_v3_4.zip only 14979KD is this correct

i'm having trouble reinstalling pulsar 3.0 software. keep getting bad media or corrupt file third of the way through. i'm downloading the software again but see that zip file 4 is only 14.9 megs when the link says 16megs. wondering if someone can confrim this is correct?

The file no. 4 is according to Opera d/l manager 14.7 MB (15.337.527 bytes), so it seems that CW info is not that accurate.

Hope you get it in the end.
