rename the scope.rhy file to "allkeys.skf". that should do it.(be sure to uncheck "hide extensions for known file types" in control panel/folder options/veiw before trying to rename the file!)

it's probably just the try to import the file into itself... it imports whatever name or ending a file has (at least that was my impression).
The Scope.rgy in the bin folder right after installation is an empty file.
To import the previous .rgy file make a copy of it (the previous one) on the top level of the disk (or whatever location is convenient).
When asked for the keys, use the 'browse' option and direct it to the file

Thank you both for your fast response,
Sadly that does'nt solve it, even if I type in the keys, I get the message saying: cannot open registry file...
I don't know what to do ?!?
I hope someone knows how to solve this
Thanks

last try:
in case that file doesn't exist yet
create an empty textfile, save it as Scope.rgy in 'C:\Sfp\App\Bin\Scope.rgy'
replace C by whatever your drive letter is and Sfp by the name of your Scope main directory (App and Bin never change )

in case the file is there, it might be read only (if copied from a CD for example)
remove the attribute by right-clicking the file and select properties...
