I been trying everything now changing PCI latency in bios every setting installed new chipset drivers old drivers
and i can only load 4 Masterverb on 5th i get the msg
soo i cant load a shit Asio Channels mayby 32 IO on a lucky day

P4 3.0 Ghz
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
Asus ATI X800 card
4 GB Ram
1 ATA 80 GB HDD
1 SATA 120 GB HDD
and 14 DSP scope card offcurse
WinXp Pro

the first stuff u said i allrdy tried didnt have any kind of effect and i need usb ports for my virus ti and keyboard and mouse ect
but what makes Standard pc better than ACPI mode ?
cuzz the dude i buyed my scope card off told me that standard pc was not allways a good idea

are you absolutely certain that it's a 14 DSP card of recent production and not a 15 DSP version first generation ?
You wouldn't be the first one to mess the 2 versions unintentionally.
I ask because 4 masterverbs are exactly the value you can reach with the latter, 5 with optimal tweaking of all settings.
Otherwise you must have overlooked something very obvious, as that mobo isn't that infamous for bad PCI performance (afaik)

you don't have to disable all the usb ports, in fact all of them will likely work after you disable the controller that is sharing....that is, assuming that i am reading you properly.
there's no magic involved. it's mathmatical the way the thing works. if you set it up properly, it will work properly everytime. i've put together many machines, i can assure you it works like that. don't just disable stuff though. you need to disable the right things and leave the things you need. i'll help if you need it...

it's normal that a 15 DSP card shows only 14 active chips - one is used to control the others
I'm almost certain that you have the original Scope card with generation one IO system - if you open the latency control panel and you cannot select a rate below 13ms at 44.1k then it's generation one, which cannot do more than 5 masterverbs due to it's way of PCI bus handling.
Here's a picture of a generation 2 card, it's labeled wrong as the Adat version is shown, but still should look different from yours
Did you get the complete original software with the card ?
I might be interested in a purchase, but only if it's the oldie and complete - drop me a line in case you feel adressed.

the card was not new when i got it
i have been thinking of invensting in 6 more dsp in the future
so if i get that one and connect my old 14 dsp by STM cables u think that could fix the problem ?

yes, unfortunately, generation 1 boards have a limited pci-bandwith, also means reduced asio channels, which are pci demanding when using effects like reverbs, delays etc. on it...
BUT you can easily improve pci perfomance if you add just 1 card of the second generation, could be a Scope Home. I recommend at least a Scope Project card.
Then you'll also be able to lower the latency

as that was the reason for my offer to buy the card (or exchange it for a current one...)
if it's not a 'dealer card' (labeled NFR - not for resale), then it was delivered with Scope DP when it was new. You would have an unrestricted developer license.
Unfortunately this license cannot be extended by the current CWA corporation, as it's predecessor (owner of the license) doesn't exist anymore.
That's why I also asked for complete original software - I didn't know you were interested yourself.
Maybe the previous owner still has it.

plus the other reason why i wanted another scope card is i need one more midi port and the emulated seems too work like shit soo i complety removed em , cuzz they allso made some problems with some other programs like my midi program that reveives signals from my Sony PSP so i can use that one as midi controller 2 ^^
and since u can only use CC then 16 midi channels is not enouth for me
i got alot of stuff in scope i want too control with my Novation SL and BCR/BCF2000
Im not gonna produce Track but Hole Mixes all made of loops i made so i need alot of tweak power

Make sure the card is in the middle PCI slot on the motherboard so that the BIOS doesn't force the IRQ's to be shared by video or network stuff.
I had 3 older (Pulsar I / SRB / PowerSampler (Luna) on my machine with the P4C800, and this alone solved the problems with overload (unless I REALLY went overboard with modules).
