it's a site, not a itunes radio thing..
it's got a neat "emotion map" style way of letting you plot your modd, and also a "dance" mode where you can plot your danc-ability and tempo. Simple, but the playlist is quite huge.

Looks quite interesting, but I think that they need to invest in a little thing called bandwidth

After several minutes of silence and "Transferring data from musicovery.com..." being displayed, I gave up.
