As the topic says i just stumbled upon a 1.9gb freebie from EastWest that contains a couple of Quantum Leap samples. Mac or PC package.

I don't really know (yet). But i just found out about the software Extreme Sample Converter http://www.extranslator.com/. And according to their list of supported formats http://www.extranslator.com/formats.html It may be able to convert the samples into a more convenient sample format. I haven't tried it yet though.
