The reason I ask is I just got a Scope professional w/4.5, according to what it says, SBC is included. But whenever I insert it I get the unregistered plugin pop up and it won't go away.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

It should be in your register.

Seeing as the "My Page" is down on the CWA website I have no way of checking, unless you know another way.
BTW I did email CWA, but have yet to get a response.

I checked that file and it has no reference to the SBC. I do see that I have all of the correct packages, but noSBC by itself.

I did that earlier and am still awaiting a response. I'll just wait until tomorrow and see what shows up in my email.
