STS 3000 Help

Hello Again

I have just started trying to use the STS 3000 sampler and I have worked thru the tutorial. I can get samples recorded and I can get the sampler to play them back . What I cant figure out his how to get my keyboard to trigger the sample. I do have the module hooked up as per the manual and the keyboard I am using is happily triggering my other creamware synths

Are you on the right midi channel,as the sts 3000 works on all 16 channels and not omni mode.

have you checked the keyzones assignments ?

Perhaps it would be better if I outlined what I want this sampler to do. I need to load a pre recorded drum sample from a CD and then simply assign it to a Note on my Midi Keyboard . I will get to grips with the complicated stuff later....
