Delay /Tremelo calculation

Hello again good to see this forum still going strong.Does any one know how I can get a tremelo effect to match the time signature and tempo of a song when the effect I am using is giving the time in Khz ?

1 hz = 1 cycle per second

I would remember this little but useful device (it works with milliseconds not with Hz anyway) :
