Re-Using BCR2000 templates for NOAH with KLANGBOXES

From what I checked the control change mapping on NOAH and ASB/Klangbox are quite similar... This was not so usefull for the ASB (as the integrate their own controll pot & switches) but could be really usefull for the KLANGBOX:
