I can't seem to get this to work.

If I plug like this: VRC -> VDAT -> VDAT, every instance behind the first will be their own masters.
Does this work on your systems?

If I hook up a Clock 2 Click on the last instance in the chain, it does tick, so a signal is passing.

why more than one vdat? a single instance gives as many channels as you could ever want.

There is not a why really. I am just interested in knowing if it is broken or just on mye setup.

For sake of argument, when organizing projects it could be nice to visually separate tapes.

Though any instance seems to load aiff and wav as long as you edit the .vtp.
