Can someone please help me.
In Logic my Mididrivers for Creamware have
gone lost. In all other programs i use, they are still there. So i reinstalled Logic,
but still no creamware-midioutput.
I am about to go mad.
Thanx for helping if you can.

Hi! In C:windowswin.ini Logic stores some lines with the list of midi ports it uses. Try deleting those lines and relaunch Logic.

It looks like this, one line for each port.

[Logic]
MidiIn_(name of midi in device)=1
MidiOut_(name of midi out device)=7

BTW setting any of those 1's or 7's to 0 will stop logic from opening that port wich is quite handy.

Good luck!

If everything fails - try deleting logic audio platinum.prf from the windows directory.

Make sure , you´ve got some midi devices in your scope project

C:windowswin.ini is the most likely suspect here.

Thank you all for your advise.
I tried everything but I got only one of
two cards midi-in-outs working.
So I had to do the old "format c:"-game.

I still have no clue what got me into this?

Anyway, thanks for giving me very friendly
advise.
