when i first get vdat i tried everything out like with all my new toys; i was on win98 and im very shure it worked with 3DAT i used theese days; never needed it since then;
now im on winXP PRO with SFP45
last night i have a small project (only 6 tracks); in the middle of session i decide to edit one of them so i pushed the 'select wave editor' button the second time in my live; i take waveLab said ok. but i cant edit;
'select wave editor' button stays grey also the edit buttons of tracks;
i tried other wave editors -> same;
i check cset file there is a entry with vdat and the correct path to wavelab.exe;
whats wrong? did i miss something? does it work for you?
thanks for all replys;
im on the way to studio where i have no internet; so please dont be angry when i reply tomorrow morning;
winXP pro/ SFP45 / Pulsar1/2/SRB
greetings from vienna

You have to push the stop button twice to disengage the "tape" before you can open those files in another app.
