I have experienced this problem for quite some time now,
more than a year.
In fact ever since the ability to use triple and pulsar together with the triple source module this has been a constant problem.
For some reason the triple module feeds back a rather annoying
very obvious angaagnagngagnagnagngnagna! the volume is constant and
is at the same level as what ever you might have in the project, be it a sampler or saturn ,,take your pick.
It happens usually when you are not recording, whether you are playing or even if you just leave the room for a minute, although itt stops if you cause triple to playback what ever is already on a track.
Here is some history (I hope this will be heard by the right person and is remedied in the upcomeing release in march I believe).
Feedback occured with the actual isa tripledat board installed along with the pulsar 1.
Feedback occurs without the isa board useing the tripledat plugin.
Feedback occurs useing several different computer configurations including: intel bx chipset intel gx chipset and 815 intel chipset.
I now have added the pulsar xtc to my system (tusl asus)along with 2 pulsar 1 boards (total of 14 sharcs).
for those of you who are useing the triple plugin you are aware that you open triple and then it opens pulsar....well today I opened a pulsar project directly which had the triple source already saved in it and after some time had passed it to was feeding back even though
triple was not open except for the module.
Also I have tested this simply with out any outside sources like my mixer (mackie) or any other outside device turned on,,nothing just the computer.
I have spoken with creamware support and have sent a sample of my project and unfortunately so far no one seems to have a solution.
I know this has to be fixable and I am just looking for anyone with
a similar situation or fix.
I have always recieved very good support from creamware and am sure that this will continue....but this is a very serious issue that needs to be adressed and resolved. Thank You for taking the time to read this.

Sincerely

maybe someone who is useing pulsar and tripledat interface could send me a project they use so I could compare to my module routing.
if so my email is betman@verizon.net
I would be happy to send a copy of mine if anyone is interested.

I'd like to help. I've been using tripleDAT with Luna and now Pulsar and have never encountered a feedback problem like you describe (plenty of other annoyances though

I can't even begin to think what might cause that. You say you have nothing else connected to the soundcard? You must have a monitoring system of some sort to hear the feedback, right? What are you using? How is it connected. You'll probably have to describe every little detail (such as AC input lines, type of cables, etc.). Can you do that? If you need to, contact me at my email address: lnlrecording@ameritech.net. I'd even be willing to talk to you on the phone if you need to.

Are you sure your cables are all good? I mean: ARE U SURE? Just because they came brand new off a shelf doesn't eliminate the fact they may be defective. CHECK THEM TO BE SURE!

Finally, I would be happy to look at one of your sample projects. Can you email it to me? Are you here in the US? If so email me for a phone number and we can try to resolve it (if all else fails
