Has anyboy noticed a high pitched noise when you connect an adat source into the mixer on a pulsar 2 classic, without a converter connected.I only have it one channel.is this normal ?Do I need to clean the contacts any comments would be gratefully appreciated.

no, but it's useless with no converter connected. i'd guess that's normal.

Yep,I think your your right gary.Let it drop a silly question anyway I suppose.I was going to buy an ADA8000.I'll ask again later when It's connected.

You can test by connecting the ADAT in to ADAT out of your card...
