windows guru need

wen open windows explore file browser i get cracks and pop in audio streaming,i have see that explore browswr file have "high" priority bicose I have tweak win xp in different way and now have explore browser in "high" priority ,setting explorer browser in normal priority no pos and crack in audio streaming
Exist one way to set in the registry explore file browser of windows in normal priority as normal setting??without made manually via task manager??

It does that when you choose "open in new window" in folder options.

Actually this is perhaps related to his video card drivers. Check out doubledawg and snoop your video card's current PCI latency setting. Try setting it to 128 or 64 and see if that helps.
