I only said this to get a response, for I have made some embarrassing posts 4 the last 2 days, and was worried you guys would ignore me. I just want to thank you guys for steering my future, with this and Solaris, and Modular, I will sucseed in my endeavors. The single Osc w/ ramp and freq. dividers is amazing. I now have a totally new source of incredible Mono/legato sounds. I will still use my analog, but for the low registers only. This was the best 125 USD that I ever spent, period!! And Alfonso,... How in the fuck did you create that upright piano. This stuff is incredible I can't speak of it anymore, I must go program some sounds for new gig.
Strength Through Modular Synthesis,
Adern Flexor Sucks
An old preset you made in Flexasaurus. Sure sounds like an upright piano to me. BTW flexosaurus is magnificent. You guys are so out of my league with programming, I feel like a child amongst men. I might be the guy they call in L.A., L.V., and Nashville when they want a keyboard man, but you guys are the ones I'll be calling on to make me unique in a world of mediocraty. I am so excited, that I do not want any more tours unless it is synthesizer based music. I also thought your Josef Zawinul presets were spot on. Don't even tell me you forgot those. Zawinul was my idol when I was recording at Criteria Studios in Miami in the '70's. Blark Market and Heavy Weather were done there. Jaco set the town on fire at night, sitting in everywhere he could. Zawinul was a recluse, but what an inspiring player he was. And that dog could hunt!!
Be Free, Be Modular,

Well, I remember the Zawinul ones..
Anyway, as Flexosaurus is basically a 3 osc synth, we (at0m and I) made one of the banks bank with few sounds taken from old patch charts of the minimoog....
There are many other cool patches with flexor, did you check also Adern's site?

You said you were thinking to get my CD...if you do, you'll find there all the 6 years I spent on the deep study of Creamware modular and all it's incarnations. The modular is fantastic as a processor too. If you check the second track, Themeless, you'll notice a very weird effect that has something misterious for a trained ear. The acoustic guitar that plays the very long melody-solo part produces some typical finger noises when I move my hand on the strings.
I made a modular that only selects those noises leaving the remaining part of the guitar out, then applies pitch shifting and delays to them producing that little silver cascades you hear here and there...the basic secret is in filtering and envelope followers...
With the modular i've achieved things that i thought they were not possible.

I am deeply into Adern/Solaris, I will respond in detail about this and your excellant modules you used on your CDBaby project. It is inspiring to say the least. I hope you don't mind that I bother you from time to time. I am honored to listen and play your stuff. I think we can work together very well, as I choose experimental music to play on our breaks at my upcoming gig. Themeless will surely be played, and promoted, as I seem to have lit a fire under everyone's ass here in Las Vegas. They have only begun to hear me live. Just some of the explanations of your choices of sound manipulation, trigger ideas, and experiments for me to try. I now consider you and others my mentors in future events with Modular synthesis.

Be Fruitful And Multiply,
Scope4live, feels good you like our patch, and Flexor in general, that much
Any chance we can hear some of your work some day? You made me most curious!

You Betcha,
I have already re-created some great mono/legato presets in a device I created called MultiWaves. It made me very happy to get this done, as I always have a tough time at first with anything Scope related. When I first opened up Mod III I tried to delete the pads that are permanent in the shell. I cursed CW and everyone cause the manual said right click to delete, so I tried this right away and naturally failed. I hate manuals, but soon found out they were correct after I loaded some other modules. That's how lame I am with software. But I will definately be talking to you soon my friend as I realise just how talented you guys really are here. Will you respond to me in the Adern forum? I prefer not to embarass myself in the Z till I get more profficient at Flexor.
