Quite liked it so decided to post it here to see what other people made of it. Most of the synths come courtesy of the Minimax ASB. I keyed the drums in but kept them fairly loose on purpose and added a shaker and tambourine for realism.

nice. makes for great intro. what sort of dance was this for?

Glad you like it Ken. The troupe all came on stage to this music. It was a modern ballet type of affair, with eight dancers. Mostly they were dancing to classical music but they wanted something a little more rough-edged to get the audience's attention at the beginning. I decided to keep it all on the same note to introduce a sense of tension.
