Guitar to amp
Mic in front of amp to AnalogSource (ideally to preamp first, cos mic level will be low!
analog source->analog dest->amp->speakers
btw, have a look in your manual. the possibilities of this card are endless, but RTFM, it really enough flexibility to sufficate one

Hi g,
Don't get discouraged! There are lots of people here to offer advice and help including some guitarists. Let us know a little more what you plan on doing, and we might be able to offer you a starting point with your routing. I'll be back in about a week, and can maybe setup a project and take a screen shot so you can get started, or maybe someone else would be able to do that for you, if you explain what you want to do with your card.
The more info on what it is you're trying to do, the clearer the responses you'll get here. Lots of helpful and friendly people who know the card around!
Happy New Year!

Thanks for the replies, It's nice to get positive feedback! this is so different from standard soundcards its a bit overwhelming. One thing I wish to do is play guitar through effects or the guitar synth. if i run the guitar straight through I can hear it but any time I attach a module I get no sound at all!(I am making the connections suggested) Also I'm getting no midi response from my "connected" keyboard! It works in "reason" and cubase when i run them seperately but not when run through Luna modular 2 what am i doing wrong? maybe someone could E me a project file which is set up properly and i could investigate how and why it works. the biggest pain is the online manuals whatever happened to good old paper?
Thanks again,

the thing to remember is that you have an imaginary world inside your computer which can connect to the real world.the imaginary world is connected in the same fashion as the real world.(cables connect inputs and outputs,different type of connectors i.e. midi or 1/4'phone can't be connected together and work)the main thing is to keep track of signal flow,(inputs to outputs or outputs to inputs but never inputs to inputs or outputs to outputs)and making sure to have a virtual representation of those jacks in the project window.cable up and it MUST work.there are no bad virtual cables but what about the real ones? does device in the project see midi? do you need a mixer?relax and think it out.now,making your sequencer work is another matter.....................

.....oh yeah,the paper's in your printer.welcome to the age of save a dollar/self serve/digital/computed age.get wit' it

hi there,
first post of the year, so here are my best wishes (blablabla, i wish the best to everyone for all times, why just for the coming year?)
might be helpful to know what computer you're using. i have a mac, and as far as midi is concerned, mac users have this thingy called OMS to connect your gear midiwise. maybe this is the same for a pc and you need to set up this application so it can recognize your card. well, it's a wild guess.
good luck.
