Here's what I've got so far.

ADAT A ->Mixer channels 1-8 -> Asio 2 Dest 64 channels 1-8

MixL/R on the mixer I have sent to Analog Dest which I physically connected a L/R stereo splitter on the Analog out on the card to send to both L/R monitors. What have I done wrong or what is the next step?

I have already achieved getting signal to cubase but I have tried everything in my power to set up a monitor and have been unsuccessful in every attempt without switching back to my FW1082 Asio drivers to playback the adat wav file that was recorded.

lol I haven't even begun sending effects with this and foresee it being a bit of a nightmare once I'm there just because of the amount of time it's taken me to get this far. If you ask me, Creamware really needs to make a "Creamware for Dummies" book so that they can take alot of the frustration and time spent on learning the card and interface and putting it to music production! lol but it's been interesting so far.

Thanks for reading and any help as I've searched as much as I could for a thread on this.

Your routing:
ADAT A ->Mixer channels 1-8 -> Asio 2 Dest 64 channels 1-8
You need to get the signal back from cubase:
ASIO2 SOURCE > mixer ch9-16

Or maybe, if you don't need to monitor adat,
connect ADAT A direct to ASIO2 Dest

Thanks alot, I'll try this out this weekend and let you know what the results are. I know it's not rocket science but it's getting used to this and incorporating both Scope and Cubase environment a bit confusing at first but together they'll make sweet sweet harmony which I know it can be......
