I have a Pulsar II and am wondering if I can run more than one ASIO program. Let say I open standalone Reaktor and then Ableton LIVE I would get a message saying that ASIO is run by another program. Is there a way to wire Pulsar in such a way that I could open both at the same time. Thank you.

i believe a program called ASIO4All will do what you want but i know nothing about it or where to download it.

Asio4All is just a generic audio driver for onboard type audio a.f.a.i.k., it's not for scope. Only one app at time can use asio.

That's the ASIO protocol, but i thought ASIO4All somehow let programs share ASIO. Might easily be wrong.

asio drivers are done to run just one application as host.
If you use reaktor and ableton live, why not to use the vst plug in of reaktor?
There is a free application to run more than one host at the same time, but it's not the best way of work.
