Hi
I have bought the 4.5 upgrade and Creamware has sent me a mail with the adress where I can download the allkeys.sfk file. I go there but all I see is :
#SN ..........STS4000 CZA......etc

#SN ......... Pulsar software 06z9 ...ETC
#SN ........ MIXER PACKAGE 1 OTBR ....etc

when I try to save the file , I can save it only as text file with notepad , or html file .
This is a file which the instalation cannot read.

I tried to copy the keys manually , but I get the mesagge " wrong code etc"

Can somebody tell me how to do it.

Even though I m registered (Pulsar 1 )
I can go to "My page" but the hardware is not showing there, therefore I cannot "generate" the allkeys file.

I wrote to Support , but there is no answer yet.

thanks in advance

Hi Criote,
Just rename the text file as allkeys.skf.
Be sure you unticked the hide common file extension in windows explorer (tools/folder options/display) to effectively see the file extension. Otherwise you'll end up with an allkeys.skf.txt file.

It took ages for me to work this out!!!
Must be going daft

What you need to do is copy the address sent to you by Creamware and paste it directly into the file browser window this is the window that comes up when installing 4.5. Click on the button "Import from file"
this will open the Browse Registry file
window, paste the address in to the File Name slot and put http:// in front of it and click on the Open key and it will import your keys for you.
Hope that helps

Regards

Mike

Ps Renaming the file doesn't work its still a text file and I couldn't get the software to see my renamed file.
