I emailed a friend of mine this photo I made of him lately in my studio.
I photoshopped it a bit...

edit: ok, removed the hair edits, cropped the image and masked all irrelevant details

let's see how his girlfriend reacts...

i'm a happy owner of a pair of event ps8. my biggest problem is the accoustic in my garage studio:
http://www.birdstudios.ch

nevertheless i'd like to have a pair or a sourround set of these ones:

yes, a good friend of mine has the nearfields, those mids, plus the subbase woofer, wired together in a surround setting.
I have 'only' the nearfields and the sub, which is nice already.
If you buy all these, all (all) your acoustic problems are solved immediately!
just kidding

in about ten days I will be in Berlang-Austria, trying not to break a leg while ski-ing
I have a friend who has enough mony to offer me to pay my logies, as he needs company, his wife is scared to death even on the blue-est blue pistes
And who am I to spoil the party

And as I have to pick up my obliged 3 weeks holiday periode at once (of last year that is), I have definite plans to visit the Turkey Solar Eclipse Goa/Psytrance Festival starting on March 27th - April 2nd, check this.
It's in the neighberhood of Antalya, in a national park.
Those freaks follow the eclipse calender all the time, I was in Hungary during the total eclipse a few years ago.

From -10 degrees in an decadent ski environment (as it is by definition, to me at least) to an independent and lovely happening in spring time...lucky me, isn't it?

Wish the rest of the world had the same opportunities!
cheers.

PS. great show that plane trip Astro
