Luna II v3 - Cubase - Reason CRASHES!

Hi all,

Can someone help me figure out the problem on my system. I use Luna II v3 with Reason and Cubase. When I run L II & Reason : No prob at all. When I run L II & Cubase : No prob at all. When I run L II & Cubase & Reason everything crashes. This came up when installing my recently purchased Luna v3 instead of that stupid SB I used to own.

My system :

PIII 800 MHz
ABIT VL6 mobo (I know it's Via, but tweaked!)
512 MB RAM
Advansys SCSI controller
IBM 30 GB HD, partitioned for adio & OS
WIN 98 SE tweaked.

I have tried about everything I could think of and I'm stuck ...

Plz help me out figuring this prob...

What version of ReWire are you using and do you have it activated within Cubase? Can you use Reason+Luna2 together alone without crashes?

Also if there is a newer version of Reason you might want to update that...

I can use reason and luna without crashes, rewire version? don't know where can I check that? I can use rebirth and cubase without any problems ... so I don't think it's a rewire issue ... (but who am I ...)

I got most recent version of reason running
