Out of phase problem with A-16 ultra

I have a Motu 828 mk2(master) connected to my A-16(slave)While making music there occure no problem ,but when I wanna record it all goes wrong.Clicks and pops are all over my stereo track.I analysed the 4 stereo adat channels and there is a out of phase signal???
I tried almost everything
Does somebody has experience with this weird situation??
Please let me know

At the point where it goes out of phase.
