Pulsar and Win ME?? Can't get it to run

HI everybody

just installed Win ME - then installed Pulsar 2.04. Now I get error message " cwwindows.dll not found" I assume that is a Creamware dll. So I can't start Pulsar software. Anybody any ideas???

Hi everybody

guess what - I get a different error now. I tried re-installing and now also the Original 1.3.
When I try to start Pulsar software I always get error message "Error, this program only runs with a driver ....(whichever version I use)" then I click OK and it tells me that it only works with the hardware - but the hardware is in!!

Any ideas anybody?

Just change the driver to the version on the 1.3 CD. Ignore the Windows message it's not the best driver for this device. Then everything will function.

Goto the properties of my computer(right click)--> choose tab device manager click on the + sign next to sound video and game controllers--> right click Pulsar--> properties--> goto driver tab click update driver--> specify location ofr driver--> browse to the root of your Pulsar 1.3 CD, ignore the windows recommendation and restart the system. It's in the manual...

Yup, that did it - also tried the 2.01 upgrade and using the same method that works as well now.
