ok... where do i start...

i am having some major issues. my pulsar II card is no longer working. all this time of perfect usage, and now it just decides to start acting up. i had to do a reload of windows, cause my system got messed up. and now i am having issues reinstalling scope. it asks for the keys, i import the all keys file, but it does nothing. no keys get filled in. so i can't install? i go on the creamware site to get an all keys file, and i can't log in. i don't remember my login. i try to change the password, but i when i type the hardware key in, it returns with some error. i emailed creamware, but i get no response. this is getting very annoying. i have gone 2 weeks now with out bieng able to work on music.

another issue i have, is a second pulsar card. without going into a long story... i built a machine for my mother's fiance, with a pulsar II card. they passed away in a carbon monoxide accident. so, the machine was given to me. so, how do i now get the card registered in my name?

Format your HDD.and reinstall all your stuff.
I guess there's corruption in your operating system.

to get the other card in your name, write to Ralf at rbATcreamware.de. explain that you are the new owner and give the serial number of the card. he'll register it for you.

as to the other issue, if a reinstall of windows doesn't fix the problem, you will once again need to contact Ralf....
