Cubase doesn't load CW plugins

thats what im talking about, in these menus is nothing listed, no synth's and no samplers. There are menu's for mixer's, midi, hardware i/o's, plugins, software i/o's and tools. but in menu sampler was nothing until i test-copied the volkszämpler into the sampler folder. I can't even see 3rd party plugs from this board, but no Scope 4.0 modular or sts-samplers. i hope you understand my problem.

i can see the xtc-vst's in cubase, but cubase won't load them. I really don't know why. Is there a switch i forgott?

@garyb: please don't get me wrong, but i own reason also and im working for years with music software. I know how to rewire as long as i know what a cable is refering to. i know at least a little bit, and thats what i said before, just to give you all a hint, that im not a overnoob. im just a noob to creamware's way of handling things. XTC is reason why i bought this package. XTC is supossed to be working with a vst-sequencer host, but right now the vst-plugins don't load. Also i have a manual, at least a online version of it, as i bought my card used. As a manual give's me answers very quick in relation to forum's where i have to wait for answers or dig through posts with no sense or less sense. All i do is i try to learn from a manual first and then aks questions on a forum like this one so i can gain KNOWLEGDE!

OK, first off Volksampler is for XTC so get it out of the Sampler folder.

i suggest a complete re-install as you seem to be missing stuff. If you want to avoid this then you can do the following:

Create a folder called 'Sampler' and another called 'Synth' (i think you already did this) in Scope>Devices.

Your install download or CD should contain files for ALL devices whether you own them or not. These have the suffix .oxe

Create a folder called "Oxe" in Scope>App if it isn't already there. Copy one of the .oxe files (say STS3000.oxe) into the Oxe folder.

When you restart SCOPE, assuming you have the right keys you should get a message saying "Successfully Installed". You'll have to restart SCOPE again to actually use it i think. If the STS doesn't install itself in the Sampler folder then just manually drag it from the Oxe folder. There may also be some DSP files here too, you may need to drag them into Scope>App>Dsp, but they should already be there.

However all this should install when you first install the software, so starting from a clean slate might be the better option.

Oy !!! Before you start up cubase, you enable the xtc mode and you EXIT THE SCOPE PLATFORM and then.START CUBASE if in doubt go into cubase and put your scope folder as a vst plugins folder.The scope Platform and xtc mode cannot both run at once.
p.s.
and running the scope mixer in xtc mode...you can't.

Oh and don't forget to got into Cubase Plugin information and the tick all of the boxes in under /
