I forgot my username for the creamware site... is there anyway to get it? Or reset it? The only thing I was able to do was reset my password... I tried to call Tech Support, but no one answers...

if you read the message... i said i need my username. not my password. i know my password. if you read further into the message, i said the only thing i was able to do was change my password... so, i don't need to change my password. that isn't what i forgot, and it's been changed already. thanks for the attempted help though...

Ups... they use to have it long ago, but I have never come back to their forum as never liked it. People would tend to speak in a cold, rather unpleasant way, and the knowledge base was nevertheless quite week. The Z was for ever my place.

Anyway, in Planet Z you can go through all the names of registered users. Sorry about that
