Tried to install Pulsar into a PC along with Luna.
Pulsar installed fine but is not recognizing the available DSP resources from Luna. Both cards tied together via STDM cable. Any suggestions? Did I miss something in the installation?
Odd: Luna does not show up in Windows (ME) as an available hardware resource. I tried running the Add New Hardware wizard but Windows is not finding Luna. Is this how it's supposed to work? Seems Luna should be showing up in Windows somehow. It did before I installed Pulsar.
Pulsar/Luna Install
When you change motherboards, it's generally a good time to also do a reformat of your program/os partition, and install everything.
Make sure the Luna card is properly seated; you also want to get both cards to share an IRQ, I believe on the P4TE, I am using slots 3+4, but I'm can't remember for sure (have to check on that). It should show up otherwise try reseating the Luna or putting it into a different PCI slot. Windows should automatically install a driver called "Creamware DSP-board" for the Luna or something like this, so you might not actually see "Luna" show up in Hardware manager, but if properly installed, inside the Pulsar software you should see, in the DSP Load Box, "Pulsar+Luna" and 9DSPs.
