your melodies are pretty wicked. there were parts where i would have liked to hear the filter open up a bit more. the drums sound flat though. there isn't enough punch. if you had better drums this track would have been great.

This is a very cool little piece of music, but wouldn't mind if it was a minute or two longer, and maybe repeated a few of the elements, so it would feel more structured and more like tune (if that makes any sense)
Now it sounds sorta like a string of really cool elements that fit great together.
And agree with Leper that the drums sound a little thin and could need some fattening up(not the Nord tho )
But when that is said, I really enjoyed this, and liked every sound, melody and the drum work.

Like a couple of others mention, the drums need some work, but you've nailed the vibe if not the complete sound.

We listened to the track straight, then started playing with filtering it & messing it up. Something you could possibly try (to make it more sonically intrigueing) is filter sweep either parts of it or the whole thing, leaving space for other (new) drum elements to be swept in or out, which is part of what makes work by talented D&B producers like T-Power, Spring Healed Jack & many others, so sonically awe inspiring. !

I think you've got a great 'core' sound to what could be an excellent interpretation of the genre.

D&B is not really my area but I agree with what has been said about the drums.
I think you could really mess with it - some filtering and beat mangling is in order to complete the track.

Of course - nothing stopping you from throwing some filters across the whole track at certain points either.
