Hi, loading the beast I get the message that the DSp file ZARGORCX is missing.
Guess it has to do with a SFP reinstall lately, dunno.
Anyone wanting to sent it to me, I would be very pleased?
Email adress is in my profile
thanks alot.

the file you need, should be ARW24LRX.dsp .

Hubird, I have solved recently a similar problem than yours. And the way was to delete the whole DSP folder, and then replace it with the whole DSP folder from the CD v.4.0. Take care of getting in after this, all the DSP files that are not included with SFP, which are in fact very few as far as I know. Good luck.

Here you have:

There's an interesting reading here about these kind of problems and the exact way I solved mine.

Thank you Nestor, I have a backup for those reasons on my other harddisk.
This way I have all added files (3rd p.) included.
I checked that backup, but the missing file wasn't there also.
I don't like to mess around that rigorously with (Scope) files anyway, knock knock I can keep it that way.

But the good news is, Djmicron was right, the file he mentions solved the issue, and it was located in the Solaris folder.
I guess the message text uses the old name of it.
Loading Solaris prompted the key import window, and there it was, sound!

In the meantime John offered me his service by a crossing email already.
I informed him what I did and that the problem looks like being solved.
(I know I could have asked him first, as his support is legendary, but I thought let's do some work by myself first before troubling him).

Thanks to all

good to know it worked out. we actually should make a Problem Solving thread that everybody can post their problems=>soulutions into.
Examplepost:

Installed Solaris, error message "cant find Zarg***.dsp

Solution: Installed theotherfile.dsp. everything OK.

this should be a general thread for SOLVED probs only as it would be much easier to search thru afterwards. And i stress that this should be a thread for SOLVED probs only, not questions.

I owned the Solaris already for a year or so, Nestor
The sound simply is superb, the highs, the lows...everything
I really need to put some time into some studying...
It's a beast, the only thing is that loading takes some (long) time, as do presets... but John warns you for that already in the readme
Now that I read the Scope Vector manual (not that hard to understand happily), it's time to dive into this all and everything beast...
