thank you for the responde.
i get the massege every few seconds that:
1.my cables of the pulsar card are not connected - i checked many times its connected and tried to move it around but no help on that.
2.i get the massege unexepted dsp overload !
- i checked the the project and it shows that the dsp is jumping up and down all the time and the samplerate is blinking.
any clue ..

i have the
irq 11 sharing the pulsar card with ATI RAGE 128gl AGP - Video Card
is the video card can cause the problem/conflict with the pulsar?

Pulsar sharing IRQ with video card is a BAD thing. This is the first thing you should address. Best way is to move Pulsar to a different slot.

no. if you are out of slots, you have a problem. have you disabled all non-essential ports(serial, parallel built in audio, etc.)?

audio pops are obvious only when mobo drivers & video card drivers not installed or not installed properly.
cheers

i keep getting the massage:
pci capacity limit reached.
having in the project only the big mixer.

i found it very strange that first it worked when i chage the pulsar card to another pci slot than after a while (day or two) the problem came back and now its totaly got carzy and pops all the time that hear audio is impossible.
any help is wellcome
-----------------------
another hit here, when i change the samplerate to 96khz its function fine for like 30 second and than i get the dsp capacity has reached the limit.

backroud you mean as start up programs?
i have the mcafee antivirus,ATI monitor,scope.
as for irq i have on:
irq 5- creamware dsp board
irq 10- host controler universal pci to usb of intel
irq 10- deposetive csi logic 53c810
irq 10- creamware pulsar
irq 10- aztech mdp3858sp - ue data fax modem
--
i think it can not be a hardware or contacts problem of the card or the stmd cable as i keep getting this massage some times.
cause when i change the samplerate to 96khz
it works fine and stable for a while than i get the massage of dsp capacity...
??

first off, usb and a modem are sharing an irq with one of your cards. it might work, but i'd bet not, especially if those ports are connected to anything. next, you CANNOT use antivirus and record stuff. turn off the antivirus when making music.

ok i just took off the modem card and threw it to the toilet.i restart the computer still the problem is there.
how do i change the irq sharing with the creamware card?
the pop ups problem that i get comes when i try to play music and no recording.
