2 midi outs

I already have a yamaha cs2x synth plugged in via midi in and out. what would be the best set up for me to use my emu sound module.

I have opened up cubase 5.0 and tried using the pulsar midi out 2 to play back midi emu & pulsar midi out 1 for cs2x and cannot get it to play.

any ideas how to arrange a pulsar project for this?

Subject: Two MIDI outs?

There's only one physical MIDI output, so you can't set it up like you want. Connect the Pulsar MIDI Output to the CS2X MIDI In and then connect the CS2X MIDI Thru to the Emu MIDI In. In your sequencer choose Pulsar MIDI 1 as your MIDI Output. Make sure your instruments do perform on the same MIDI channels...
