2.04? Up or "down"grade?

Hi folks
I've downloaded the 2.04 update and...
Now I've big problems i hadn't before!
In the middle of a song it stops working and i have to reset (hard not via software ctrl+alt+canc!!!)
I'm using cubase 5 and pulsar II, the motherboard is AsusCUV4X, PIII 600... Before the upgrade it was running well...
Does anybody encountering the same problem?

I found 2.04 unusable on my Macintosh also.... had to go back to 2.01 for everything to work. As far as I can work out... the memory requirements of 2.04 are much more than 2.01....so maybe it will work when we can afford to up our RAM... I have 228MB

Subject: Probs too

I had sync probs with 2.4 so I went back to 2.1 and all is fine
