I just installed SCOPE 4.5 and my xtc mode doesn't work anymore. I re-installed 3 time scope and it still doesn't work.
is someone able to provide me a suitable solution?
Keep me updated
reactivation xtc mode
Hi Boss92150,
Could you check that you can work with a sequencer and SFP. If not (no ASIO), launch IOenabler in SFP/IOENABLER.
If it's OK, check if the driver have the option always active selected and XTC Mode checked in SFP. And verify that the number of midi port declared at your driver match the number of sequencer midi port in your XTC project

Hi,
Thanks for your help.
My Nuendo works perfectly when SFP in lauched. My concern is when I want to do an xtc session. In My XTV IO Enabler : enable asio / enable wave drivers / enable midi drivers are selected. Do I deselect one of them?
I only got the deesser in my vst pluggin as xtc pluggin available.
I really don't underrstand Why I don't get all the package.
Need help before formating my hard disk and reinstalling all the system.
Best regards

NO

Check if the dll are in vstplugin/xtc directory.
if not, try to reinstall Effect package 1, then effect package 2. If they are there but do not appear in cubase plugin information table it might come from the fact that when you launched Cubase with XTC, it failed to load the plug (when it first check the plug at initialization phase). You have to understand the process:
When cubase "discover" a new plugin (it compare plugin date to its plugin information table) it do a "fake" load to check latency and capabilities. if the plug fail, it will not be stored in the table even if its dll is in the vstplugin/xtc directory. To solve this, cut and paste the dlls from vstplugin/xtc to another one then back to vstplugin/xtc (kind of a "touch" known by unixers).
I really don't underrstand Why I don't get all the package.

Wait before that, try this before!!
Best regards
If I understand your situation, you have the plugin dll in vstplugin/xtc directory but they do not appear in cubase plugin list!
The only reason I foresee is that plugins fails at initial load time. Could you tell me if one plug that you cut'n paste succeed when you relaunch cubase (you should see XTC splash screen, the when cubase browse its plugin, it should launch it for a brief time). You'll know it because you should see it in cubase plugin information table.

OK,
If I understand well, your XTC fail at nuendo launch time, which explain why you do not see your plugins. We have to separate both symtom:
- XTC doesn't launch: no XTC splash screen.
- Plugin not available: They are not available as XTC failed, so nuendo was not able to check them (they failed because XTC failed!).
We will concentrate on first item, the second will be solved by cut'n paste method.
Could you check:
- At the driver:
- allow standby with no application using the hardware is checked (driver setting page
- the number of midi declared match your XTC project
- At nuendo:
- Can you change from ASIO Scope to another (WDM, other audio card???) and verify if you can see the XTC splash screen when you reselect ASIO Scope
- Check your Scope settings (reselect your inputs/Output: Beware this will modify your XTC project, so if you patched it, save it before: SFP/App/XTCApp directory)
- Check if audio is working hen (can you ear any sound coming out from your system.

Quite puzzled! If XTC doesn't work, you should not ear the music as ASIO is not working!!??On 2005-12-12 16:35, boss92150 wrote:

No, at the driver (XP stuff, not SFP)
